Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Extra persons are $100.00 per week, $25.00 per night for a maximum occupancy of not more than 8 people.

RESERVATIONS
A $500.00 deposit is due at time of reservation.
Full balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
A $500.00 security deposit will be held on renter’s credit card as a pre-authorization and voided upon satisfactory inspection of rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit, less a 15% cancellation fee will be refunded if you provide more than 60 days notice. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will receive an 85% refund only if we are able to fill the vacancy for full reservation time and price.
